・Corporate customer data held by member companies:
Corporate name, association name, business name, address, phone number, email address, date of establishment, inquiry details, service in use as well as history of usage, business card information (company name, department name, title, and other information obtainable from a business card), content of contracts obtainable from an agent copy of insurance policy etc. and transaction related information with member companies.

・Corporate name, association name, business name, address, phone number, email address, date of establishment and inquiry details, etc. unrelated to transactions obtained by member companies.

(2) Purpose of Joint Use and Joint User

① Internal group auditing purposes:

・MST Risk Consulting Co., Ltd.

・MST JALUX Insurance Co., Ltd.

② For business operation that enables us to carry out transactions with customers responding to customer inquiries etc. in a smooth and appropriate manner and execution of business management operation purposes.

・MST JALUX Insurance Co., Ltd. [Note]

・JALUX Insurance and Service Inc. (Business alliance partner) [Note]

Data jointly used is limited to information necessary to business decision on business transfers for the purpose of reviewing responsibilities among member companies, and information of customers whose agents have changed due to business transfers from MST Insurance Co., Ltd.
