We have established the following solicitation policy based on the Act on the Provision of Financial Services
and Improvement of the Usage Environment.

We comply with the Insurance Business Act, the Act on the Provision of Financial Services and Improvement of the Usage Environment, the Consumer Contract Act, the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, and other relevant laws and regulations to ensure proper sales of insurance and other financial products.
  2. We carefully consider customers' knowledge of financial products, purchase experience, purpose, financial status, and other relevant factors to provide explanations and financial products that align with their intentions and circumstances.
    We ensure appropriate solicitation to prevent fraudulent acquisition of insurance benefits, such as by setting suitable coverage amounts for insurance contracts with minors, especially those under 15, as the insured.
  3. We strive to provide clear explanations to ensure that our customers correctly understand important matters related to financial products.
  4. We strive to conduct solicitation activities with full consideration for our customers' perspective, including careful attention to timing and location.
  5. We strive to respond promptly, appropriately, and courteously to customer inquiries and insurance claims in the event of an accident.
  6. We respect our customers' privacy and handle their information appropriately. We establish management regulations and implement strict controls.
  7. We strive to gather customers' opinions and requests and utilize them to improve future sales activities.
  8. We strive to conduct appropriate solicitation in accordance with this solicitation policy by thoroughly implementing internal education and training and strengthening compliance with laws and regulations.
