As a solicitation agency, we act as an agency or intermediary for the conclusion of insurance contracts for non-life insurance and as an intermediary for the conclusion of insurance contracts for life insurance. When we act as an intermediary for the conclusion of insurance contracts, we do not have the authority of representation for the conclusion of insurance contracts or the right to receive notification.
