MST Group supports the needs of customers expanding their businesses globally by operating overseas in the U.S., Europe, and Asia. In Asia, in addition to dispatching personnel to leading insurance brokers. We collaborate with brokers in over 90 countries, building a global network.

In the U.S., MST America was established as a subsidiary in New York in 2016. Two years later, upon acquiring a minority stake in an independent local broker, the company's domestic subsidiaries were consolidated under MST Insurance Solutions. Currently, operations have expanded across the country with a two-location structure in Los Angeles and Chicago.

In Europe, MST Europe was established in 1992 as a joint venture with a Japanese insurance broker. Since then, we have been providing insurance services not only in the UK but also across the European continent through partner brokers.

In Asia, MST Hong Kong was established in 1988 as the first overseas office. Since then, we have built a system to meet the diverse insurance needs of Japanese companies expanding into Hong Kong.
In 2011, we formed a business alliance with Holder, an insurance broker under the state-owned China Merchants Group, and dispatched personnel.

In 2013, we partnered with Acclaim, a leading independent broker in Singapore. Since then, we have dispatched personnel to meet the needs of companies in Singapore and the broader ASEAN region.
Most recently, in 2024, we established a specialized corporate insurance brokerage department within the Bank of Ayudhya, a subsidiary of Mitsubishi UFJ Bank in Thailand, providing insurance solutions.

In this way, MST Group continues to enhance its global network to meet the increasingly sophisticated insurance needs not only in Japan but also globally.
